Sanctuary at Holy Cross, a 145-bed long-term care facility, in Burtonsville, MD, has a full-time opportunity for a Concierge (Admissions Coordinator).

Under the direction of the Director, Hospitality, the Concierge is accountable for facilitating the admissions process for residents/family members. The Concierge is responsible for the delivery of professional and attentive customer service that exceeds industry standards and provides a behavioral model for all employees within the Community.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years experience in customer service, hospitality, or community relations or equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstration of superior customer service skills and professionalism; flexibility: ability to adapt to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment; interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross-functional teams, customers and end users; strong team skills, especially working in cross-functional teams; strong relationship-building and alignment skills; self-starter, highly motivated with high energy level; must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must possess strong knowledge of computers and related software to include, Excel, Power Point, Access, Publisher, etc.
