The suburban Maryland office of Right at Home is looking for a motivated, dedicated Staffing Coordinator to help manage our explosive growth.

Job Summary
Staffs and supervises cases for clients and facilities including scheduling, tracking, monitoring and recording hours for billing and payroll. Fosters and maintains excellent relationships with clients and associates leveraging interpersonal and organizational skills.

Essential Functions
Answers telephone, takes inquiries or messages using good telephone technique
Schedules clients with appropriate associates, making all follow through calls necessary to produce an effective, smooth flowing schedule
Performs payroll and billing duties including verifying time tracking, and computer input of time tracking changes for payroll processing
Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service, manage schedules and caregivers, and suggest and make care plan changes
Retains clients by establishing excellent relationships and providing excellent client service
Retains caregivers by staffing cases appropriately and fairly
Ensures that facility requirements are adhered to by our associates
Serves as a liaison between associates and Operations Director

Additional (non-essential) Functions
On Call duties
Assists with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts
Other general office and clerical functions
Other duties assigned by the Operations Director

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability
High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
Basic office and computer and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal relations and telephone skills.
Knowledge of common medical terminology
Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment
Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours

Salary and Benefits
Salary range starts at $30,000, increasing with relevant experience and education. Benefits include, but are not limited to: 401k, health insurance, paid time off.
