I am a licensed clinical social worker, therapist and certified grief professional: and love inspiring individuals to reach for their inner strength and resilience. According to Abraham Maslow, “In any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.” I hope that the words that you read on my site empower and inspire your life in

In Winter of 2021 I experienced a loss that changed the trajectory of my grief response forever. My
healing process lead me into authorship and I wrote my first book. This book is
