Elder Nourish
Elder Nourish was founded on the premise that if older adults receive a customized meal plan designed to meet their individual health goals, they will live happier and healthier lives. And studies show that receiving nutritious meals targeted to their needs improves health outcomes, lowers health care costs, and improves quality of life.
We’re dedicated to providing delicious nutritional support to older adults who are aging in place. We offer healthy meals so they can have the opportunity to live in the comfort of their own home for as long as is preferable and possible. Enjoying healthy tempting meals that support good health should be a part of everyone’s day. We believe that Elder Nourish is not just our passion but a true need.
Our chefs are professionally trained, background checked, compassionate and caring. They complete a rigorous one-on-one training program specifically designed to meet the needs of older adults.
Can’t or don’t want to cook anymore? Perhaps you have complicated dietary restrictions that are challenging to manage on your own. Or, you have mobility issues that make food preparation difficult or impossible. You may be managing a family member’s care and are concerned that they are eating enough and that their diet is a healthy one, you can’t always be there to check on them and know that they’re getting the best possible nutrition.
Are you an older adult who is aging in place? Or an adult child with a busy life who is managing the care of an aging family member, often from a distance? Our clients are older adults living independent lives who have a desire to live in their own homes for as long as it’s possible and preferable.

We can support you as you go through treatments where nutrition plays a significant role, or anytime you experience a transition that requires nutritional support. If you’re tired of cooking and simply want to eat healthier and truly enjoy your meals, we can make that happen as well.
A highly trained and trusted chef visits your home once or twice a month to cook an appealing customized menu of a nutritious main meal for each day. Your home is filled with the comforting scent of all your favorite dishes! All our menus are entirely customized, and we work with dietitians to be sure they’re in alignment with your health goals, giving you the best possible nutritional support. We can even incorporate your own recipes so that you have familiar and comforting food that is culturally appropriate. We use reusable recyclable packaging with easy to read reheat instructions on the label. We can even provide an update to your adult children, so they can have peace of mind knowing you have nutritious food that is designed for you to thrive.
