Advancing Skills in Group Supervision presented by Joanna Frankel MSW, LCSW-C. It is common for Social Workers to prefer individualized supervision. However, it is important to explore reasons why group supervision is highly beneficial. In this interactive seminar, participants will learn why group supervision is helpful while experiencing some creative techniques. The participant will leave with skills and creative ideas to help implement group supervision in the work place and privately. Jenerations Health Education, #1494, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Jenerations Health Education maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 01/26/2024-01/26/2027. Social Workers completing this course receive 1 continuing education credit.
