We seek a caring and dedicated Executive Director for a newer Independent Living community in the greater Phoenix area. Our client offers an upscale and safe environment for the active senior. This individual will oversee the management of approximately 100 units of retirement living.

Executive Director Responsibilities:
Be responsible for managing residents, employees and the day to day operations of an Independent Living retirement community
Supervise and train your team
Provide exceptional customer services and positive communication with your residents
Conduct in-service and supervisory training meetings
Lead staff meetings, projects, special events, and committees as appropriate
Executive Director Requirements:
3-5 years management in upscale Independent Living
BA / BS Degree
Executive Director will receive:
Base Salary starting $85,000 +
Bonus potential
