Habitat America, is seeking a Part-Time (24 hours per week) Resident Services Coordinator for a senior affordable housing apartment community in Silver Spring, Maryland, Victory Forest Senior Apartments.   Victory Forest is located at 10000 Brunswick Ave, Silver Spring MD 20910

The ideal candidate has a degree in a human services field with a minimum of one year of related experience or two years' experience related to service coordination.  Applicants with less education and/or experience will also be considered for the position.  

The Resident Services Coordinator will plan and organize human services and programs for the residents. This position will report to the Community Manager and will develop and oversee the roster of resident activities, trips, parties, and events on site.  The Resident Services Coordinator will be responsible for developing the monthly activities calendar and newsletter for the site.

• Proficiency with all of the Microsoft office products (Ex. Excel, Word, Publisher)
