For more than 36 years, Hospice of the Chesapeake has cared for those in our community who are experiencing serious illness and loss. Together, we have ensured more than 30,000 patients and nearly 100,000 family members have been cared for by our hospice team which includes Physicians, Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Social Workers, Chaplains, Counselors and Volunteers when they needed us the most.
