With over 20 years of experience in change management, consulting, and coaching, I help age-based communities and individual older adults navigate the complex human-side of transitions related to relocating or aging in place. I am the Principal and Owner of Evolve Organizing + Design, a specialized firm that provides customized strategies, roadmaps, workshops, and hands-on organizing and coaching services that enable wise and timely decisions, minimize resistance, and maximize autonomy. I ground my work in best practices and research sourced from multi-disciplines--personal and organizational development, motivation, and person-centered design. I thrive when delivering insights and information that create "aha moments" that drive action. I have a special interest in serving low vision clients, a condition impacting 20 million Americans, including my own family.
