Nice to see you here, Rena.  Hope all is well.

12:27:30 From Kelly Lambert to Hosts and panelists:

I know several people who have created rhyming memory phrases before leaving the house or work each day. Does anyone remember the old phrase "spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch"? Hilarious.

12:30:10 From Kelly Lambert to Hosts and panelists:

It's often a case of developing good habits. When I cook or bake with many ingredients, all ingredients go on one counter and once used, I move them to another counter. You could also do this by placing items to the left side of the bowl and then placing them to the right once utilized.

12:30:42 From Rebecca Grayson to Everyone:

Do devices like Alexa help with reminders or does it make us not use our memory as much?

12:31:52 From Virginia Keim to Hosts and panelists:

How to remember to set out pills for my husband

12:32:58 From Roberta Comer to Everyone:

If you do the sensory reminders every day (such as for meds), won't that become automatic and therefore lose its effectiveness?

12:34:37 From Susan Strassburger to Everyone:

If you need to take ana evening med before bed, what about keeping a note on your pillow to take it

12:34:59 From Kolya Braun-Greiner to Everyone:

This is such an affirmation of my recent conclusion that the real issue of my forgetting is focus and attention!  I frequently have 3 tasks in my mind to do ahead of the one I'm trying to accomplish. Then I remember 2 out of the 3 tasks and forget one of them!  Sometimes I take a moment to write them all down. Is there a better way to handle this?

12:35:40 From Kolya Braun-Greiner to Everyone:

    My name is Kolya.
