I know several people who have created rhyming memory phrases before leaving the house or work each day. Does anyone remember the old phrase "spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch"? Hilarious.

It's often a case of developing good habits. When I cook or bake with many ingredients, all ingredients go on one counter and once used, I move them to another counter. You could also do this by placing items to the left side of the bowl and then placing them to the right once utilized.

This is such an affirmation of my recent conclusion that the real issue of my forgetting is focus and attention! I frequently have 3 tasks in my mind to do ahead of the one I'm trying to accomplish. Then I remember 2 out of the 3 tasks and forget one of them! Sometimes I take a moment to write them all down. Is there a better way to handle this?
