I used to listen to music when I worked. I now listen to Positive aging and podcasts. Caregiving ramped up for me just before covid when mom stopped driving. Getting daddy to stop was more work. I'm 2 miles from my folks (2 sisters further out) and am referred on a good day as "care manager"; not such good days "you're the boss".
