12:43:53     From  Leslye Lawson - Tall Oaks Assisted Living   to   Hosts and panelists : Aaron can you speak to the importance of getting POA financial documents signed before loss of cognitive function?  Once someone is deemed seriously cognitively impaired by a physician they cannot sign these docs and even a good willed family member may have to go to court for guardianship - which takes time and money.
