12:28:58     From Linda Meluski : Please also keep in mind, their level of comfort in their new surroundings.  Do they have a lot of sentimental items they want to take with them, do they want an entire new look for their apartment, do they have favorite wall colors, etc.? Making it something to look forward to is very important and takes away some of their fears about moving from familiar surroundings.

Both assisted and non-assisted. Making future choices is easy when funds are available. I find it challenging when funds are limited. Any recommendations on organizations that can help? Also happy to help if anyone comes across a distressed property where the homeowner want to sell quickly and "as is".
