Learn about The Oasis Institute, a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to enriching the lives of adults ages 50+ and the largest intergenerational tutoring program in the United States and how you can help! More than half of public school teachers say their students suffered major academic setbacks after a year of pandemic schedule changes and remote learning. Reading scores are down. Social learning has suffered. So, the Oasis Institute is ramping up a proven program to pair at-risk students with older adults looking to make a meaningful contribution in our communities.
