• Big question:  is there some type of program now in which I can download my medical history and health conditions as well as my social issues (age, marital status, history of obesity, etc.) and have valid, science-backed info to suggest suggestions fort medical problems.  I had ovarian cancer and it was never on my radar AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
• Wearables, health and medical applications of wearable technology? Are you familiar with the mood rings and stress dots that change colors with stress levels and body temperatures and health conditions. Even litmus strips for testing body fluids and the diabetic test strips.These have been available for a long time. Any thoughts? One of ProSource Aging Zoom Webinars presented someone who said soon there would be test strips for dehydration and seniors who might not drink enough water during the day. Thank you so much.

• Life needs to flow with data in each And all directions. Social Determinants of Health. Clinitians Doctors and Health Care professionals are now Awakening to how social determinants affect health. So does or will health insurance cover some of these social determinants of health life factors so people may be healthier?

Technology changing so much and so quickly how do we learn and know who is researching and working on developing what improvements in available technology?

I've been a healthcare consultant for the last 20+ years and can tell you that Payers (health insurance companies) have been working for the past few years (in earnest) to try to crack the code of covering SDoH.  As a result, things "food as medicine" or prescriptions for health food have come about.  Other types of "coverage" are engaging ride-share companies to get people to their medical appointments when transportation is a barrier to care. Those are some of the examples I've seen.  Payers continue to explore and experiment with different types of programs and options.  Hope that helps.
